In receiving this prize, the Winner acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and accepts all the terms and conditions following:

At the end of this promotion a client (being someone who has invested in portraiture from Geralds Gallery in the year 2009) will be drawn to win a brand new Ford Focus. This car is silver in colour and can be seen at most appointments clients attend with Gerald. The Winner will be registered as first owner and will be totally reponsible for insurances and running expenses from the time the Winner takes delivery of this prize. The prize will be supplied with a full tank of fuel, a new warrant of fitness and 6mth registration. This prize will have being driven for promotional reasons and the Winner acknowledges that there can be no cliam for promotional mileage on the odometer at the time the winner takes delivery.

No allowance is given for any wear and tear incurred during the promotion period on this vehicle. No part of this prize is redeemable for cash. Employees of Geralds Gallery and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The judges decision is final, no correspondance will be entered into. The Winner accepts the prize 'as in condition' on the day and is responsible for the removal of signage. Only 1 entry per family is allowed and the Winner must present their entry voucher showing the matching number to that drawn, to claim the prize. If no matching voucher can be presented another winnerr will be drawn. The Winner gives permission to be photographed with this prize and acknowledges that this photograph will be used for media and publicity purposes. Geralds Gallery wishes the Winner many years of safe and happy motoring in this amazing little car.
